AMERICAN SECURITY RESOURCES CORPORATION (the “Company” or ARSC) is a holding company that develops businesses, such as strategic mineral holdings or hydrogen fuel cell distribution, to the point of being able to harvest its invested capital.

ARSC currently is working with experienced resource professionals in the mineral industry to pursue acquisition opportunities of underdeveloped and undervalued mineral resource plays. In March 2017, ARSC acquired its first gypsum mineral play from The Key Companies. The Company continues to search out other interesting acquisition opportunities in this target industry.

ARSC retains a significant ownership position in its previously wholly owned subsidiary, Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., which ARSC sold to Hydrogen Future Corp.
